Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which can take 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Orders are shipped within 1 Business Day.
No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Postal Holidays.
Return Policy
Customer service is our number one priority and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase throughout the entire process, which involves getting their product(s) in a timely manner, being happy with their purchase, and enjoying the product.
Returns are accepted 60 days from the delivery date. Just log on to your account to submit a request.

Cosmetics Return Policy
Returns are accepted for Cosmetics within 30 days after delivery and we pay for the Return shipping. You can email us at contact@yarnconnectionshop.com or send us a request via our Contact Us form.
Cosmetics must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened cosmetics.
Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us a contact@yarnconnection.com within 30 days of delivery. We can send a replacement as long as the item is in stock. If not in stock, we will issue a refund.
