Customer service is our number one priority and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase throughout the entire process, which involves getting their product(s) in a timely manner, being happy with their purchase, and enjoying the product.
Returns are accepted 60 days from the delivery date. Just log on to your account to submit a request.

Cosmetics Return Policy
Returns are accepted for Cosmetics within 30 days after delivery and we pay for the Return shipping. You can email us at email@example.com or send us a request via our Contact Us form.
Cosmetics must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened cosmetics.
Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery. We can send a replacement as long as the item is in stock. If not in stock, we will issue a refund.
Free shipping does not apply to International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Wholesale Orders.
Items are shipped via USPS Standard Mail which can take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.
Same Day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST.
No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Postal Holidays.
