What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Any points earned from a canceled order will be removed from your account balance.

What happens if a purchase is made with your reward voucher and the order is refunded or cancelled?
If a Voucher was used to place an order and then returned, your points and the code used are considered lost.

You will start to collect Points after your account is created.
